The house flagship. First-flush 2010 White Peony King — one bud, one needle, picked at 800 metres before anyone else’s spring began. In 2011 the young cakes were carried to E’feng Temple and rested there until 2015; then north, into dry air, for the second half of their education. A tea that has been on pilgrimage.
“Like a newborn heart: washed of all gloss, returned to the uncut jade.” The name means Unpolished Truth.
采摘自福鼎海拔八百米的高山茶，甄选二〇一〇年春季头水采摘的一芽一针。头水茶蕴含了冬天积蓄下来的全部精华，嫩芽香气十足，气韵悠长。此茶于二〇一一年抵达鹅峰寺，贮藏至二〇一五年，而后送往北方，得干燥之气，风韵别成。
赤子初心，洗尽铅华，返璞归真。
