Made in Ernan’s last year on the mountain — the year, 2014, that Han Xue came up E’feng Mountain and found him. A White Dew autumn Shou Mei from gardens above 700 metres, raised amid temple springs and the sound of chanting, it carries an unusual sandalwood note that the family attributes to those years beside the scripture hall. He named it Snow Tea, for her.
“Floating clouds turned to snow; the taste of the world boiled into tea.” Of all the cakes in the collection, this is the one with a dedication.
这是我在山上最后一年做的茶，同时也是在一四年和韩雪相遇。这个茶有它的纪念意义，里面沉淀了很多我们俩的故事。这个茶很奇妙，有檀香的香气。
「浮云化作雪，世味煮成茶，可以尉风尘，回甘香满室。」茶藏诸饼之中，唯它带着一段题记。
