Silver Needle: nothing but spring buds, picked in the brief window around the equinox — the shortest harvest and the smallest yield of the year. Each needle stands upright in the water, thick with white down. “Buds like a gentleman’s bearing: reserved, upright, snow-clad.”
白毫银针全部用茶树的嫩芽制作而成，芽头肥壮，挺直似针，满披白毫，如银似雪。采摘时间在春分前后，时间短、难度大，产量也最少。白毫之美有着君子的风骨，由内而外，素心若雪。
