Chosen for Mid-Autumn: a spring Gong Mei from 600–800 metres, given a light charcoal baking at pressing. The bake softens it toward the manner of a red tea, and with three to five years in the cake it opens into a deep jujube sweetness. The family recommends it for elders and for anyone the cold reaches easily — and for pairing with mooncakes.
The name means Moistening Life: “like affection, it grows denser the longer it is kept.”
二〇一九年清明后采摘的春茶贡眉，采于海拔六百至八百米山脉。压饼时做了一些碳焙，让它变得更柔和，有一点点像红茶的气息，存放三五年后，呈现浓浓的枣香。适合存放，也适合老人或体寒之人。
